**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance in various roles including cashiering, merchandising, and customer service.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
- Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays.
- Maintain effective communication with team members regarding store policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cash handling policies.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and budgeting effectively.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on team leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient in POS systems and retail operations including cash handling and sales management.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal relations.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with training & development practices to support employee growth.
- Basic math skills required for budgeting, pricing, and payroll calculations.
