**About the Position**

ATS Traffic Edmonton is looking for an Installation Supervisor to join our team This position will be responsible for overseeing a group of Installation Technicians in our On-Street Services Division.

The successful applicant will safety driven and will provide supervision, guidance and motivation to employees to help them reach their potential This role is key in the mobilization of resources to ensure timely execution of daily events including proper installation of guardrail, high tension cable barrier, posts and traffic signs.

**Responsibilities**
- Continuous monitoring of install schedule, keep informed of daily activities, delegate assignments to staff as required
- Review and inspect work zone ensuring timely compliance with drawings, maps, plans and regulatory specifications
- Ensure any work zone deficiencies are corrected in timely manner
- Accountable for ensuring field crew members have appropriate training, certifications and mentorship
- Follow up with field crews for equipment documentation and time sheets, complete and submit daily
- Liaise with Install Coordinator to allow seamless communication between office and field work
- Daily Reporting of Progress
- Conducting full-cycle Performance Management for direct reports.

**Qualifications**
- Previous supervisory and/or traffic control experience is required.
- Ability to drive a one ton flat-deck truck.
- Ability to undergo and pass a pre-employment **Drug and Alcohol** test is required. _**This is a safety-sensitive position with a zero tolerance policy for use of marijuana, medical or recreational. **_
- **Your own vehicle to get to and from work is a must.** ATS Traffic Edmonton is not located on a convenient public transport route.
- Valid Class 5 (Non-GDL) Driver’s License is required.
