We are currently recruiting for a full time Personal Lines Client Advisor in our Penticton location. Personal Lines Client Advisors work collaboratively with clients, insurance companies and their CapriCMW team members to exceed client expectations. This role advises on, explains, promotes and sells home and personal lines insurance policies to ensure CapriCMW clients are appropriately insured.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, changes and serve new walk-in and phone-in clients
- Update and maintain automated forms for new business, endorsements, renewals and claims
- Recommend optimal coverage and additional products available
- Collect payments from clients in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide an exceptional client service experience

**Qualifications and Soft Skills**
- Level 1 General Insurance License with a preference for a Level 1 License
- Experience with EPIC, various company portals, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Client-centric approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and companies
- Courteous manner in all interactions with clients and colleagues
