**Job Title: General Labourer - $18/hour (Full-Time)**
**Pay Rate**: $18/hour
**Schedule**: Full-Time (Day Shift)
**Probation Period**: 3 months
We are currently seeking a **reliable and motivated General Labourer** to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in a production/warehouse environment and requires basic tool handling, measurements, and equipment operation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use **drill guns**, **tape measures**, and other hand tools
- Assist with warehouse and production tasks
- Operate a **forklift** (experience required; certification preferred)
- Follow work orders, instructions, and safety protocols
- Perform basic data entry or work using a **computer**:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Experience using **drill guns** and **measuring tools**:
- Basic **forklift experience** (certification is a plus)
- **Basic computer knowledge** (for data entry or scanning)
- Ability to **speak and understand English clearly**:
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Willing to undergo a **3-month probationary period**
