Shannex is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join their team based in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Harmony & Wellness Team, the Client Services Assistant will work to Full Scope of Practice. Clinical staff are part of a dynamic and skilled interdisciplinary team that is committed to providing compassionate, quality care while supporting and encouraging independence for residents. As a member of the Clinical team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and providing resident care. Who You Are

How you will do it

Meeting clients’ personal needs according to an individualized plan of service;
Documenting according to facility policy and communicating appropriate and relevant information.
Assisting with planning and implementing client recreation programs and leisure activities;
Completing domestic functions for clients according to service plan;
Other duties & responsibilities required based on specific client needs.
