**Summary**:
**As a HR Coordinator, You Will**:

- Provide support to HR to ensure tasks on hand are completed efficiently, timely and accurately to meet HR and company goals and objectives
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR related employee concerns with regards to payroll, vacation entitlement, data validation, etc.
- Coordinate new hire and re-hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely submission to HRIS
- Assist with preparation of announcements, job postings etc.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening resumes, arranging interviews, reference checking, etc.
- Participate in HR projects
- Other duties as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Enrolled in Post-secondary education with a major in Human Resource Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at various levels
- Customer focused approach with proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
