**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store displays and inventory records.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
