Special Finance Lead Administrator

Here we grow again With this comes new opportunities. We are looking for our first ever Special Finance Lead Administrator Are you a leader in nonprime auto financing with a track record of results? Want to make a big impact on a growing market? We have the role for you This position will oversee all nonprime deals and clients for our 55 new car dealerships and 4 used car dealerships. Working with our team of 25 plus Special Finance Managers across Atlantic Canada. You will manage and support deal structures, funding, lenders, and dealership compliance standards. Helping our team secure the best finance package for our customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
The Special Finance Lead Administrator will require a self-motivated, detail orientated individual with a great work ethic You will work with the Special Finance Group Managers and dealership Sales Managers to ensure quick turn around will maximizing profitability.
Compensation will include a competitive base salary plus bonus structure.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Support and mentor the special finance team
- Build strong relationships with lenders and lender representatives. Working together to secure the best finance package for our customers
- Structure and review deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines while maximizing profits
- booking vehicles
- Strong knowledge of all finance programs available
- Ensure all deals are executed with the utmost accuracy.
- Review deals that are declined or lost
- Compliance and policy execution
- Ability to analyze credit reports to establish prime vs non prime applicants during initial meetings
- Create and foster working relationship with special finance team and sales departments
- Develop and maintain a working lender guide including but not limited to credit profiles, income requirements for special finance team. Keeping the team up to date on the latest program changes
- Monitor OEM programs
- Ability to explain, demonstrate and sell finance options including protection packages, insurance, mechanical products to our customers
- Ability to prepare documentation for delivery
- Maintain high level of customer service and confidentially
- Monitor KPI’s
- Recommendations to management

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in nonprime automotive financing
- Excellent understanding of sales and finance
- Experience relationship with financial institutions
- Track record of achieving defined goals and objectives
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines and work well in a demanding dynamic environment
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve targets
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
