We're looking for 1 part time team members to cover 2 overnight shifts per week

WK 1: Sunday & Friday Midnight till 8:30am, WK 2: Friday & Saturday Midnight till 8:30am

Clean Criminal Record Check plus a Valid Driver's Licence for operating work truck are required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Bending, Crouching, Kneeling, Shoveling

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Dependability, Reliability, Organized, Judgement, Initiative

Equipment Operated/Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners, Carpet cleaning machine, Floor Polishing machines, Waxing machine, Power tools, Power lawn mowers, Snow-blower, Shovel, Work Truck for salting sidewalks.

Skills: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways floors and stairs; Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse; Empty trash cans and other waste containers; Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings; Clean parking lot of debris; Move heavy equipment and supplies; Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures; Work with mínimal supervision; Remove snow and ice from walkways and around the building.

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Must provide your own hard toe safety boots, dark pants and light blue shirt. After probationary period is completed, uniforms will be provided to you. After 1 year tenure you will also be provided with an annual boot allowance.

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
