**Summary of Your Impactful Contribution**:

- Responsible for processing all required paperwork and coordinating trucking for Burlington Automation. Resolve customs clearance issues as required.
- Ensure all materials and services are shipped on time in the correct quantities with the correct paperwork
- Ensure shipping policies and procedures are followed and shipments are documented accordingly
- Receive incoming components. Verify packing slip, enter into SAP and store in designated locations.
- Package, load and ship complete machine assemblies and components in safe manner.
- Offload steel beams and raw material in a safe manner.
- Operate powered and manual industrial equipment such as forklifts, pump trucks, etc to load and unload materials

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- High School education or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift and Overhead crane experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Data entry skills
- SAP or other ERP experience an asset
