**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning of all areas within the facility, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external service providers as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Assist in setting up for events or meetings by arranging furniture and equipment as needed.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of the building's infrastructure.
- Experience in commercial cleaning techniques and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sectors is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
