**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nail Technician to provide exceptional nail care services to our guests. As a Nail Technician at Bella Vida Head Spa, you will have the opportunity to work in a serene, upscale environment, using premium products and techniques to deliver top-notch nail enhancements and manicures. You’ll play an important role in creating a memorable spa experience that promotes relaxation, beauty, and wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure guests safety and comfort by adhering to proper sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, products, and techniques to offer guests the best and most innovative services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment for both guests and staff.
- Provide personalized consultations and nail care recommendations based on guests needs.
- Foster a positive, friendly, and professional relationship with guests, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care.
- Collaborate with other spa team members to support the overall success of the spa and contribute to a harmonious workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on any aftercare instructions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with host for rescheduling guests
- Assist with inventory management and ensure products and supplies are stocked and well-maintained. (Letting management know if there is something that needs to be replaced or restocked)

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of skills and services.
- Knowledge of current nail care techniques, trends, and products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$32.59 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
