At Fresh St. Market's Front End Department, we have the biggest impact on our customer's shopping experience, making it a positive and memorable one. Our role is to ensure customers got everything they need during their visit, starting with a smile & a greeting, efficiently scan products, handle and package groceries with care, accurately process payment and send off the customer with a genuine invitation for a return visit.

Reporting to the Front End Leader, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Job Overview**
- Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
- Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work
- Creating and maintain a great customer experience for both external and internal
- Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
- Ensure health and safety standards are executed
- Organizing special promotions, displays and events

**Street Credentials**
- Must have valid work authorization in Canada
- Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
- 2+ years of Leadership experience in a Front End or related field preferred
- Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
