**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients based on their preferences and styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall barbershop environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for styles and products.
- Upsell retail products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and grooming.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the workplace.
