Relevant de l’équipe de direction du magasin, le responsable des ventes est chargé d’incarner les valeurs d’intégrité, d’amour et de
respect du Groupe ALDO. Le responsable des ventes crée une expérience client mémorable et un rendement de vente maximal à
l’appui de l’objectif de l’entreprise qui consiste à bâtir un monde d’amour, de confiance et d’appartenance.

Principales responsabilités:

- Fournir un soutien continu à la formation et communiquer les commentaires des membres de l’équipe à la direction du

magasin.
- Optimiser les ventes personnelles et en magasin en faisant la promotion des initiatives de marque et en offrant une expérience

omnicanal « axée sur le client »
- Veiller à ce que la marque du magasin soit alignée grâce à une présentation visuelle et à un affichage marketing impeccables.
- S’assurer que tous les membres de l’équipe respectent les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise.
- Contribuer à créer une atmosphère diversifiée et inclusive, exempte de discrédit et de harcèlement, qui reflète notre

- Un homme/une femme d’affaires à l’avant-garde qui comprend l’environnement de la mode en constante évolution

d’aujourd’hui.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S.)
- Six mois d’expérience dans la vente au détail ou dans le secteur des services
- Solides compétences d’encadrement, de motivation et de service à la clientèle
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction de votre État ou de votre province.
- Capable de plier, de soulever et de déplacer des boîtes de 35 lb (16 kg)------------------------------------
- JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the store leadership team, the Sales Lead is responsible for embodying the ALDO Group’s values of integrity, love and
respect. The Sales Lead creates memorable client experiences and maximum sales performance in support of the company’s purpose
to build a world of love, confidence, and belonging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides ongoing support in training and communicates feedback from team members to store leadership.
- Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a “customer-obsessed” omni-channel

experience
- Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
- Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures
- Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimation and harassment, reflective of our People-First

philosophyKEY REQUIREMENTS
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion landscape.
- High school diploma (D.E.S.)
- Six months of retail or service industry sales experience
- Strong leadership, motivational, and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province.
- Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (≈16 kg)
