**SUMMARY OF TASKS**

A _Maintenance Technician _is responsible for performing maintenance on aseptic beverage processing and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing facility and fast paced environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on highly technical industrial equipment in a food production environment.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including but not limited to disassembling and reassembling machinery, working with robotics and downline equipment, etc.
- Reading and understanding operation and maintenance drawings and manuals.
- Monitoring and reducing equipment downtime and improving machine efficiencies
- Maintain accurate records and an organized workspace.
- Must be able to work weekends on a scheduled basis and be flexible on shift.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Having Electrician License or Mechanic License is an asset.
- Aseptic beverage processing and packaging is an asset.
- Experience in the Food Industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is an asset.
- Very strong organizational and communication skills
- Be highly self-motivated in a team environment
