Cambridge, Canada Buckingham Sports Properties Full time

We are looking for **experienced full-time and part-time Cooks** in the Penalty Box Bar and Grill located inside our amazing **Cambridge Sports Park** location(1001 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge).

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up food station and prep ingredients prior to restaurant opening.
- Prepare high-quality food with consistency, as per the standardized menu and recipe.
- Oversee the snack bar operation and prepare menu items as per order.
- Perform opening and closing procedures of kitchen and snack bar, cash count and float balance.
- Practice proper safe food handling and sanitation.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure preparation and cooking stations are well stocked and maintained.
- Dishes, cleaning the overall kitchen, deep fryer, countertops, fridges and garbage.
- Partner with Front of House to create an excellent customer experience.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Previous culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Formal culinary training is an asset.
- Safe Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
