All of our representatives have a background in the travel industry and are able to answer any questions about hotels and destinations. We're looking for a highly motivated Travel Agent who has experience booking flights, hotels and transportation, as well as assisting customers with planning itineraries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble vacation plans according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Issue tickets and receipts to customers.
- Monitor customer accounts.
- Answer questions from customers.
- Help frustrated customers by explaining policies and procedures.

**Salary**: $19.50-$22.33 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8E 1H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
