**Job Title**: Financial Reporting Analyst - Consolidated Reporting
** Location**: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

**Duration**: 6 months

**Contract Type**: T4 only

**Pay Rate**: CA$47.17/Hour

**Responsibilities**
- The consultants will be essential to support a general ledger project with an emphasis on ensuring that the reporting hierarchies in S4/HANA are accurate for future reporting purposes.
- This consultant will be responsible for mapping and analyzing hierarchies within S/4 HANA against existing hierarchies used for financial and regulatory reporting under both IFRS and US GAAP.
- The consultant is expected to make recommendations at the general ledger account level for alignment and work with a broad set of stakeholders.

**Must Have Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of consolidated reporting at large FIS (primarily banks) or regulatory reporting to CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization / OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions)
- Experience within large financial institutions - Background in Accounting (reporting end)
- Confident working with large reporting hierarchies comprising of thousands of GL accounts
- Financial product knowledge, such as types of loans and deposits.
- Stakeholder management

**Nice to Have Requirements**:

- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
- Previous experience analyzing and enhancing reporting hierarchies
- Familiarity with S/4HANA (preferably previous experience)
