BMP Supplies is 20+ year-old company which manufacturers a variety of environmental products for the construction industry located in Calgary, AB. A family-owned business, we are a consistently growing company and currently operate out of two separate warehouse facility which are located close together. We are looking for a part-time Warehouse Custodian to keep our buildings welcoming, safe and clean.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Clean and supply restrooms
- Remove waste and empty trash
- Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected
- Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Organize janitorial storage areas
- Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance

**You will need to**:
*Do physical work and operate equipment normally found in janitorial operations *Be attentive to details *Have the ability to follow schedules and keep commitments *Have the ability to follow directions from a supervisor *Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team *Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $17.00/hour.
