**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking applicants to teach in our Primary Care Paramedic Program. We will consider applicants interested in full-time employment. This position holds in-class didactic teaching component with instruction in labs. This position appeals to those who are passionate about the field and enjoy teaching others. We are looking for applicants who can join immediately.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Monitor student success with regular feedback on progress. Take action/initiatives where necessary.
- Record Keeping, Attendance (using electronic format as per Company policy).
- Maintain stats and marks as applicable.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative activities.
- Work with Lead Instructor and Program Coordinator/ Education Manager to update syllabus annually
- Self-Development - teaching skills/program specific
- Participate in college events/activities (staff meetings, open houses, registration)

**Education & Experience**
- Registered as a paramedic in the province of New Brunswick (or be eligible to register, if living outside of NB)
- A graduate of an accredited education program
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Paramedic
- Enjoy the dynamics of teaching and learning
- Bilingualism in French and English and experience in an academic environment will be considered assets for this position
