**Competitive Compensation Structure**:

- ** Guaranteed pay**: Drivers receive a weekly guarantee of $1,350 for being available Friday to Tuesday.
- ** Routes**: Rotate between Brantford, ON to Belleville, ON $335.20 per trip and Brantford, ON to Perrysburg, OH $435.20 per trip.
- ** Earning Potential**: If a driver's total earnings from completed trips for the week exceeds the guaranteed pay of $1,350, the higher value is paid out.

**Details**
Position: Cross border driver
Truck: 2024 International RH613 trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety features
Trailers: 53’ Dry van
Shifts: Be on-call from Thursday to Monday. Report to the site at 2 AM daily for a minimum of 4 hours.
Routes: Ready to travel to either Brantford, ON to Belleville, ON or Brantford, ON to Perrysburg, OH
Home time: Everyday, no sleeping in the truck.
Commodity: No touch, General Freight, pin to pin.
Paid: Weekly, direct deposit

**Required Qualifications**
License: AZ
Experience: 2 years Professional driving experience
Cross border: Passport, FAST card preferred
Physical: Light physical
Abstracts: CVOR and 3yr Drivers Abstract, clean and current.
Safety: Deep commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and a strong team player
Training: Engage in ongoing training programs to improve your skills continually and knowledge.
