**The** **Junior business Analyst** Role**
Join our Offer Management team for Analytics products as a Junior Business Analyst. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to discover opportunities for customer base growth and increased profitability. This isn't your typical role - you'll learn on the fly, take charge of your tasks, and explore innovative ways to comprehend our business. If you're a self-starter skilled at transforming data into insights, we want to hear from you

Business & Data Expertise**: Dive into Sales & Financials, complementing our Product & Customer knowledge.
- Monitor & ensure data quality, promptly addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to create valuable, certified data assets.
- ** Analysis**: Utilize your business expertise for a sales and financial perspective in ongoing evaluation and analysis.
- Integrate financial and sales data for a holistic Business Unit view.
- Identify & monitor key performance metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address data-related queries.
- Harness Qlik tools, including Apps, AutoML, Automation, and AI for business insights.
- ** Presentation**:Effectively communicate findings and methodology to inform leaders and guide decision-making.
- Provide continuous visibility to critical insights for business leaders.
- Present insights and recommendations to organizational leaders.
- Act as a strategic business partner, offering analytical support and consultation on key decisions.
**We’re looking for a teammate with**:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, or a related business discipline.
- Bring 1-3 years of business analysis/intelligence experience with a focus on sales and financial reporting.
- Showcase strong financial reporting, analytical skill and statistical modelling knowledge acquired through experience with sales and financials in a SaaS company.
- Experience gathering requirements navigating a cross functional collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skill and a self starter, outcome-oriented viewpoint
Tech Skill:
- Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, or similar database tools.
- Familiar with QlikSense/QlikView or other visual analytics tools.
- Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM tools.
- Demonstrate data modeling knowledge.
