We currently have an immediate opportunity for a **Finance Manager in our Whitby Head Office Location.**

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated **Finance Manager** to play a key role in the execution of business strategy and corporate initiatives, while managing the day-to-day operations related to the Finance Department, manage and provide leadership to the finance team.

**Job Responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis
- Responsible for monthly close process including review of financial statements, divisional contribution statements and all account reconciliations.
- Manage Concur employee expense program.
- Manage all aspects of cash management including cheque signing and EFT payments, company credit cards and monitoring working capital metrics.
- Support the preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecasts.
- Other role related duties

**Preferred Job Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in accounting or related field
- CPA, with U.S. GAAP experience preferred
- **3-5** years of experience in a Finance Management role
- Experience working with a large ERP system is required
- Leadership and coaching skills, outstanding communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within a construction and progress billing would be considered an asset
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel etc.

**Job Type**:

- Full-Time, Permanent
- This is an in-office position from 8:30-5:00
- Occasional overtime may be required.
