At the present time, our company is looking for one (1) innovative individual to join our team as a Shipper-Receiver/Labourer. **Salary**: Depending on Experience Skill Requirements: Completion of High School Credentials: Valid driver’s license; weight lifting more than 45 kg (100 lbs) Languages: Speak, read and write English Product Experience/Knowledge: Forklift operator Other Information: - Follow all required safety procedures - Fast paced environment - Handling of heavy loads; forklift, and pallet jack operating; delivery truck operating - Package, wrap, sort and crate goods; Keep the yard area organized and presentable with accessibility and safety in mind; Ensuring accuracy when receiving and shipping products; Identify, organize and label all products in the yard - Full knowledge of Rim Tracking System; Understand the RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) process - Successful completion of the "Incoming Wheel Inspection" Exam - Understand Import / Export custom documentation - Basic understanding of SDS (safety data sheets) sheets for WHIMIS products - Know and understand the Safety Hazards associated with the position - Operate cranes/lifts/forklifts to move and/or retrieve inventory - Confirm with Supervisor the pickup and delivery schedule for the day - All documentation matches the shipment (ie, packing slips, B3 customs form, etc.) - Skid, strap and assemble pallets using appropriate tools and equipment that is provided - Complete final quality inspection and corresponding quality control paperwork with respect to outgoing shipments - Perform basic truck inspection and properly complete appropriate log book and report any malfunctions - Complete daily cycle counts - Assist with year-end inventory count - Pick up and deliver inventory from local suppliers - Proficient at unpacking goods received - Record and report shorted and damaged goods received to Supervisor - Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips or other documents - Route goods to appropriate storage areas - Experience with wheels and tires an asset - Any other general labor duties as required **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: - Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
