**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload precast concrete products from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and manage inventory in the yard, ensuring that products are stored safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine yard maintenance, including snow removal, sweeping, and general cleanup.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Yard Supervisor or Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a yard or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as required.
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
