**Responsibilities**:
Conduct themselves and perform their duties in a manner that demonstrates Silverhill Acura’s concierge level of service. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcome and acknowledge all clients and guests entering the showroom
- Provide all guests and clients with help regarding the purpose of their visit
- Maintain client lounge and facilities to our high standard of cleanliness and keep properly stocked
- Assist sales and administration departments with assigned clerical duties

Required skills and qualifications
- Dealership experience an asset
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge using CDK and One Eighty software an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Motivated by providing exemplary customer service

Hours of work
- Monday - Friday, Saturday (Rotating Weekend shifts)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
