**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform Project Coodination tasks including, Project Set Up, Material Tracking, Purchase Orders, Financial Tracking, Shop Drawings.
- Provide customer support by responding to client requests and maintaining positive relationships.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

**Skills**
- Experience in Electrical Work, Installation, and Maintenance
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Scheduling
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards and Compliance
- Skills in Documentation and Record Keeping
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Experiance with Microsoft Office is an Asset.
- Willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Proficient in clerical duties including data entry and document management.
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
