**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking equipment and utensils.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen to maintain a safe working environment.

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in meal preparation and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork with fellow cooks and kitchen staff.
