**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Client Unit Delivery Leader will:

- Lead and build the delivery teams comprising of Delivery Partners and Technical Squad Leaders for the clients serviced from the Client Unit.
- Act as escalation point for client and support account teams in critical situations.
- Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment. Manage & improve QoS and C-Sat for the Client Unit.
- Ensure effective resource management and career development of the delivery partners and squads supporting the client unit.
- Drive initiatives to deliver business objectives, reduce/avoid SLA penalties and guide delivery partners to ensure meeting all the contractual obligations.
- Manage & Control the budget and expenditures and continually identify ways to reduce costs delivering the services. Increase productivity and optimize cost, improve GP. Assess the costs and benefits for different solutions and recommend/decide on appropriate designs to meet client needs.
- Enable account teams and collaborate with Sales/Solution team, Client Partners and client to identify opportunities to grow revenue & increase RFS business.
- Design, develop & execute various Business-led Programs for enhancing organizational competencies & establishing high performance mind-set. Lead business planning sessions with the Sr. Execs and formulate business strategies for the portfolio.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Core skills that are the fundamental to executing service delivery in this role:

- Advanced level of knowledge in Delivery Management, Financial Management, Client, and Relationship management.
- Knowledge of cloud practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
- Resilient leader, comfortable with Global and a matrixed organization.
- Ability to assess and leverage strengths of a diverse group of people to maximize team performance, and proven success growing people
- Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives
- In-depth Analytical and problem-solving skills, and Data driven decision making.
- Strong prioritization skills
