**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Monitor entry and exit points to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor access.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including evacuation procedures.
- Uphold loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
