With the opening of **our newest branch in Edmonton**, we’re expanding our team and looking for talented individuals ready to grow with us.

**Position Overview - What You’ll Do**:
As a Sales Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the **first point of contact** for our clients — helping them feel welcome, supported, and confident in their treatment choices. Your role will combine consultative sales, client engagement, and efficient coordination of the patient journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consultative Sales**:

- Conduct consultations with new clients, understanding their goals and concerns
- Educate patients on our wide range of services and treatment options
- Recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

**Patient Engagement**:

- Be the friendly, welcoming face of our spa
- Respond professionally to patient questions, concerns, and objections
- Follow up with leads to convert them into appointments and loyal clients

**Sales Process Management**:

- Guide patients through the full experience — from first contact to post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and sales activities in our CRM
- Work closely with the medical and esthetics team to optimize scheduling and care

**Sales Performance**:

- Consistently work toward and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up to date on treatments, industry trends, and competitor offerings

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Client-first mindset with empathy and professionalism

Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Team player who can also work independently

Familiarity with medical aesthetics is a plus

Comfortable using CRM and other digital tools

Pay: $17.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
