If you have never done framing before, this job is not for you.

We are looking for qualified framers who have **minimum**, **3 years of framing experience** either in residential or commercial.

Must have:
**Certificates**

1. Fall Protection (Fall Pro)

2. WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)

**PPE**:
1. Hard hat

2. Reflective vest / Jacket

3. Steel Toes Boots

4. Eye Protection

**Tools**:

- All necessary tools

**Alcohol & Drug Requirements**:

- One may not have any on the worksite, or in any way be intoxicated during work.

**Duties**
- Install products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials.
- Be able to build to standard building code.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an installer, with a strong understanding of carpentry principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with heavy lifting, capable of handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Proper Sign in Sign out procedure
- A reliable way to make it to work.
