We are hiring Full-Time _**Fixed Term (28 Apr 2025 till 29 Aug 2025)**_ Temporary Food Production worker to support our food production team during the summer season.

**Working Hours: 06:45AM - 3:15PM (Monday - Friday) x 8 Position**

**Working Hours: 3:30PM - 12:00AM (Monday - Friday) x 12 Position**

You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to ingredient preparation, operating machinery, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow production schedules and instructions to meet production targets.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
- Tie ends, fix rework, prepare product to be hung on smoke sticks on the stuffing lines
- Hang all stuffed product onto smoke sticks onto cages
- Push full cages to smokehouse scale area
- Push empty cages to stuffing lines
- Push carts to stuffing lines as needed
- Assist Operator in setup, dismantling, cleaning area
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food production or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills.
