Gasfitter Apprentice

**About Us**:
Family Tradition Propane Services Ltd. is a family owned and operated company. We are gas fitters who install, service and maintain boilers, furnaces, water heaters, propane dispensers, ranges and a variety of propane and natural gas appliances.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a reliable helper to support our HRM technical team.

This applicant should be a keen, mechanically inclined individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment. If you have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn the trade, we would like to hear from you.

After a probationary period, there could be an apprenticeship opportunity with full time work and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability and availability to assist a technician on job sites including travel to remote locations for sometimes long days and the occasional overnight.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Experience with propane is an asset, we will provide required training.
- Ability to lift heavy items; sometimes over the shoulder and be on feet for prolonged periods of time.

**Wage**
- Starting wage between $17.00 - $20.00 hourly based on skill and experience.
