Role Overview

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment? As a **Client Success Specialist**, you will:

- Manage inbound and outbound sales, developing strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with event companies, serving as the face of MEF both in person and over the phone.
- Deliver exceptional service to local and visiting clients in our showroom, showcasing the MEF collection.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound client shipments.
- Identify new prospects, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Enjoy opportunities for international travel.

What You’ll Bring
- A passion for the events industry and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the event industry.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Adaptability, patience, and a proactive “go-getter” attitude.
- High energy and an entrepreneurial spirit that drives creativity and innovation.
- The ability to effectively multitask and manage diverse responsibilities.

Must-Haves
- Residency in Montreal or surrounding areas. **This is not a remote position.**
- Work days are **Monday to Friday**. Occasional weekends or holidays may be required depending on industry events.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a venue, as an event planner, with a rental company, or as an event florist/caterer.
- A high school diploma is required; a college or university degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English, with strong conversational French.
- A valid passport.
- A warm, personable, and engaging personality.

**Salary**: $50,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience, industry knowledge, and relationships)

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
