We are seeking a highly motivated **Director of Curling**, reporting to our General Manager, to join our team

The **Director of Curling** will be a key ambassador for the sport of curling at the Club. They will advocate, promote, and grow the game of curling within the membership through programming, coaching, and instruction. The **Director of Curling** will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the curling section and curling pro shop. They will provide leadership within the Club and in the community and will be visible, available, and approachable.

**Job Requirements** (but are not limited to):

- Must have a passion for people and service excellence.
- A minimum of 5 years related experience in a management position.
- Proven success in growth of the game
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for curling and knowledgeable with ice maintenance
- Interactive skills geared to all ages
- Ability to coach, instruct, and grow curling skills at all levels
- Exceptional guest services and multitasking skills

**Compensation**:
The successful applicant will receive an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
