The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and strategies. This individual will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows and other promotional activities, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing on-site operations.
- **Content Development**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including asset design and website copy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and promotional activities across the company.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in marketing will be considered.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (French / English) preferred but not required.
