Retail Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase store profitability.
Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the paint or home improvement industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
