Truck Driver

**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Operate heavy trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport crude oil to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
- Perform minor automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and local traffic laws while on the road.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Experience in automotive repair or maintenance is beneficial for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous for loading and unloading cargo efficiently.
