**Position Summary**
Stockers keep MivarMart shelves full, rotated and merchandised so customers always find fresh produce and everyday essentials. You’ll receive deliveries, inspect product quality (specially produce), price and face stock, and support inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, unload and inspect incoming deliveries; check invoices and report shortages or damages.
- Stock shelves, rotate (FIFO), ensure correct price tags and attractive displays — emphasis on fresh/local produce presentation.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and report low-stock items to supervisor.
- Maintain backroom and floor organization; ensure product safety (temperature checks for refrigerated items).
- Assist customers in locating products and respond to quick questions about stock.
- Support planogram compliance and promotional set-ups; remove expired or spoiled items.

**Qualifications / Skills/ Requirements**:

- Previous stocking or retail experience desirable.
- Able to lift and carry heavy boxes safely; familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail (dates, lot codes, product condition).
- Comfortable with physical work and standing/stooping for long periods.
- Basic inventory software familiarity desirable but not required.

**Work Environment / Schedule**
- Full-time; Early morning, mid-day and evening shifts — _some early starts for receiving deliveries_. Weekend availability required.
