Canada Code for Canada Full time

**About Code for Canada**

Code for Canada is a national nonprofit on a mission to improve life in Canada for everyone using technology, data, and design. We promote, enable, and advance the development of responsible public-interest technology so that everyone in Canada has access to inclusive, equitable, and responsive public services that meet them where they are.

We help governments and nonprofits deliver better digital products and services through co-development, capacity building, and user engagement. To do this, we assemble teams of ‘Code for Canada Collaborators' to work shoulder-to-shoulder with public-interest partners using digital best practices, leaving them with new skills and an even better solution.

**Job brief**

Are you passionate about making technology work better for everyone? Are you excited about helping governments deliver modernized services and programs that are more accessible, equitable, inclusive, responsive, and better meet people where they're at? Do you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy working in a team atmosphere? At Code for Canada, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization where your skills will help make life better for everyone in Canada.

The Partner Enablement Specialist will assist in developing and managing key projects while offering a unique opportunity to coach and train partners seeking to create outstanding digital products and services for the public.

This role will require you to stretch your critical thinking, flex your stakeholder management skills, and tap into your coaching mindset since it serves as the strategic driver between partners and internal teams collaborating on projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of Code for Canada's projects, as well as for helping to conceive and implement Code for Canada's Delivery Excellence Model - our unique approach and set of standards for digital capacity-building success.

As a visible leader, you should support the growth of both internal team members and partners/clients. Therefore, you must be able to learn internal and partner/client-side strategies and dynamics quickly, while also coaching stakeholders on the DEM and other digital product fundamentals - such as agile, iterative software delivery, user research, usability testing, design thinking, and service design.

To succeed, you'll need to love a fast pace, approach challenges with optimism, believe that big things are possible, demonstrate kindness and know that you're only as good as your team.
