**The Role**: Junior Project Coordinator
Acting as an essential part of Reliance’s daily office activities, you’ll support all parties involved in a construction project by providing administrative support to Project Managers/Coordinators while upholding important office tasks. Your role is key to maintaining the organization and the flow of operations between the office and the job site.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts, purchase orders, change orders.
- Assistance and office liaison with the site superintendents and other on-site personnel.
- Assist in the coordination, distribution and administration of contract documents and required logs.
- Assist in the preparation, coordinate and assemble bid information for presentation to clients.
- Assist in the coordination of documents, drawings submitted, purchase orders, etc.
- Assist in the tracking all approvals (contracts, shop drawings, purchase orders, etc.) and follow-up of same to ensure timely review by consultants, owner and other trades to ensure schedules are maintained.
- Assist in the process of the close-out procedures with trade contractors and assemble close-out packages for presentation to client.
- Receive calls for deficiencies, resubmit calls to appropriate trades and follow-up on action taken.
- Project Administrative support.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Degree in Architecture, an Engineering or Scientific discipline, or specialized courses in Construction Management or equivalent experience and training
- Ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines
- Written and oral communication skills
- Must possess computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (experience with project management software an asset)
