**Career Counselor (50% time)**
- **Role Purpose**: Provides personalized career transition support to employees, helping them manage the emotional and logístical aspects of their career transitions.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to individual needs.
- Help employees identify their strengths, career preferences, and potential growth areas.
- Support with resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and job search strategies.
- Offer empathetic and personalized career counseling to transitioning employees.
- Conduct career assessments to identify individual strengths and opportunities.
- Guide employees in creating impactful resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Provide job market insights and coach clients through interview preparation.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, HR, Career Counseling, or related field**.
- 3+ years of experience in career counseling or coaching.
- Familiarity with job market trends and recruitment processes.
- Certification in career counseling or coaching (preferred).

**Executive Coach (50% time)**
- **Role Purpose**: Focuses on providing high-level **career coaching** to senior executives (SVP and above) transitioning to new roles, industries, or retirement.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver executive-level career coaching tailored to strategic career pivots.
- Provide guidance on leadership branding and high-level networking.
- Help clients navigate retirement planning or entrepreneurship opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with senior executives to refine their career goals.
- Assist in developing leadership branding strategies and leveraging professional networks.
- Provide transition support for career changes, entrepreneurship, or retirement.
- **Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Leadership, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of executive coaching experience.
- Certification from a recognized coaching organization (**e.g., ICF**).
- Exceptional interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60.00-$95.00 per hour
