Hours: Mon to Friday 8-4. Some flexibility on hours is possible, such as 7:30-3:30 or 8:30-4:30. **_This role is in the North Vancouver office and is not a remote position. _**

**Duties**
- Assisting SR Purchaser & Operations Manager
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Following up on Purchase Orders
- Processing all Defective Claims
- Following up on ETA’s with vendors
- Maintaining backorder ETA spreadsheet for Core goods
- All freight logistics/ tracking, scheduling deliveries.
- Communicate & plan deliveries with warehouse staff to ensure capacity limits are not exceeded.
- Ensuring all shipments are correctly cleared by Summit Customs
- Pulling/ Cleaning Reports from SAGE ERP program
- Physically, Receiving / Shipping all goods moving through NVAN warehouse
- Maintaining NVAN warehouse space
- Packing for NVAN swim meets
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel, including the ability to manipulate/ clean data
- Working knowledge of all other programs in Microsoft suite
- Organized & Strong Communicator
- Eager to learn
- Able to lift up to 50lbs & unpack/ pack pallets

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
