**Business/Data Analyst**
Visionpool is seeking a Business/Data Analyst. You will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and interpreting data related to the project scope, market segmentation, target audience, learning outcomes, performance metrics, and marketing and user acquisition strategies.

**Required Skills and Experience**
With the assistance of the project team and advisory group, validate previously gathered requirements including but not limited to:

- Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance project performance.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate data from various sources, includingWordPress and Moodle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Cyfe, for real-time monitoring and analysis.
- Use various data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication Strategist to define data requirements.
- Present findings to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring all decisions are backed by solid data and analysis.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of project objectives and the ability to translate this into actionable insights.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

**Social Media Analytics Tools**: These tools (like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer) can gather data from different social media platforms and provide insights on user engagement, impressions, clicks, shares, comments, and more. They can also track the performance of specific posts or ads, including the demographics of people who interacted with them, which helps in refining the targeting of ads.

**Platform-Specific Analytics**: - Experience with platforms like WordPress, Moodle, Google Analytics, Power BI, or Cyfe. - Most social media platforms have their own built-in analytics. Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc., can all provide useful data about how posts and ads are performing on those platforms.

**A/B Testing**: This involves running two slightly different versions of an ad (differing in one aspect like headline, image, or call-to-action) to see which performs better. This data can inform future ad development and deployment. Surveys and Polls: These can be used to gather direct feedback from your audience on various social media platforms. They can provide data on user preferences, interests, and behaviors.

**UTM Parameters**: UTM parameters can be added to URLs shared on social media.

**Social Media Listening Tools**: These tools can track mentions of the brand, products, or relevant keywords across social media platforms, helping us understand public sentiment and trends.
