Horizon Retirement Management is a manager of private residences for seniors (RPA) with 8 residences in the greater Montreal area and in Ottawa. Join our more than 500 dedicated employees who provide our residents with a client experience focused on well-being.
- **The Château Dollard residence is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the following position**:_
- Part-time (5/15)
- Day, evening and night shifts
- Wage is $20.40 + $1 premium

**Primary Duties**:

- Ensure the delivery and quality of care, assistance and hygiene activities
- Establish and maintain a close relationship of trust with residents and their families
- Rigorously monitor compliance of care delivery according to best clinical practices and ensure that standards of practice are met at all times
- Participate in the orientation and integration of care and assistance personnel
- Actively collaborate in the prevention and management of risks in the work environment

**Requirements**:

- Member of the OIIAQ
- DEP in Health, Assistance and Nursing (SASI)
- CPR and BDP up to date
- Proficiency in French and English
- Caring, responsible and friendly
