Job Description Golf Clerk / Retail Assistant
- Reports directly to Head Golf Professional
- Integral part of golf shop team
- Leading in the collection and administration of all green fee / golf cart fees while supporting and executing the daily golf operations while at the same time offering excellent customer service to guests and members

Key Responsibilities:

- Tee time management, receive incoming phone calls for tee time bookings
- Regular tee time booking follow up
- Collection of fees through POS system
- Carry out open + closing details including till reconciliation, site security
- Enforce Club rules + regulations along your coworkers
- Assist with all group bookings + tournaments, member special events
- Ensure the golf shop is tidy, organized and well stocked

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing + energetic
- Communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash, work with a POS system (training provided)
- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Be a tema player

Experience
- Sales / Customer Service
- Smart Serve (18+)
- Golf Knowledge (Helpful but not required)
