**Job description**:

- The Superintendent must have working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of a multi-unit high-rise residential condominium building.
- Knowledge of provincial guidelines and regulations related to health and safety, good interpersonal skills and diplomacy in dealing with residents, staff and contractors, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Troubleshoot and attend to minor maintenance and repairs in the building; handyman experience with painting, drywall and small repairs, etc.
- Must be familiar with emergency procedures (fire and water leaks)
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of the common element property which includes but not limited to cleaning, garbage & recycling, building machinery and pool.
- Salary will be based on years of experience and knowledge of repairs and maintenance.
