**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**
- Gérer le trafic des entrées et sorties devant l’hôtel en plus d’accueillir et d'informer les invité.e.s avec le sourire en leur donnant les procédures de stationnement et autres renseignements pertinents : indications vers un lieu de visite, accès aux routes principales, etc.
- Apporter et récupérer les bagages sur demande.
- Présenter aux invité.e.s les caractéristiques de leur chambre.
- Effectuer la livraison du courrier et des colis.
- Garder le hall d'entrée propre et bien rangé en tout temps.

**CE QUE VOUS AMÈNEREZ**
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Avoir le service à la clientèle dans la peau - avec expérience, un atout
- Permis de conduire valide et capacité de conduire en mode manuel
- Bonne forme physique : rester debout et marcher pendant de longues périodes

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Manage entry and exit traffic in front of the hotel, as well as greeting and informing guests with a smile, giving them parking procedures and other relevant information: directions to a sightseeing area, access to main roads, etc.
- Bring and collect luggage on request.
- Describe the features of their room.
- Deliver mail and parcels.
- Always keep the lobby clean and tidy.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- High school diploma
- Natural customer service orientation - with experience, an asset
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive in manual mode
- Good physical condition: able to stand and walk for long periods of time
